At The Keeper and the Dell, each space feels like part of a welcoming family ~ beautifully connected yet individually full of character, inviting you to create, gather, celebrate, or simply rest. A sweeping drive leads past the Birch Gardens and Paddock to our enchanting Dell, framed by woodland and Norfolk’s breathtaking skies
The Dell
A gently landscaped amphitheatre surrounded by woodland, home to Keeper’s Cabin, the Vintage Marquee (June to September), and Pavilion
Vintage Marquee
Handmade in Norfolk with traditional canvas and wooden poles, this rare gem is a spacious, stylish, and flexible space for dining, dancing, and mindful gatherings. Fully equipped with flooring, lighting, and vintage furnishings to suit any weather or style.
Keeper's Cabin and Den
Keeper’s Cabin with a wrap-around deck beautifully draped in festoon lights, perfect for that perfect shot or celebratory toasts. Beneath the Cabin, the laid-back, bohemian Den awaits your imagination, ideal for intimate dining, dancing, relaxed gatherings, or creative retreats. Courtyard
The Courtyard is a charming open-air space connecting indoor warmth with outdoor serenity. Ideal for daytime events such as afternoon teas, thoughtful celebrations of life, workshops, and photoshoots. A beautiful spot in the evening, inviting guests to gather around the firepit under starry skies.
Barn
The Barn is the welcoming elder of The Keeper and the Dell family. Inside, authentic vintage furniture and soft colours create a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Within the Barn you'll find the cosy Saloon ~ once the Gamekeeper’s kennels, perfect for relaxed gatherings at the Bar after sunset. At the opposite end, our rustic Camp Kitchen provides a welcoming space to prepare hot drinks, surrounded by vintage charm.
Chapel Studio
Across the Courtyard, our Chapel Studio offers a serene and artistic space. Designed thoughtfully for ceremonies, wellness gatherings, and creative sessions, its airy interior, full-length skylights, and French doors make it ideal for intimate events or moments of quiet inspiration, comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests.
