The Keeper and the Dell is a secluded, outdoor venue in the heart of Norfolk, England, where nature meets timeless charm. Built in the 18th century, we’ve been hosting events since 2013. Our doors are open to those that enjoy the spontaneity of a less conventional path, with a few handpicked summer dates still available for 2025.
While weddings are our heart, gatherings are our soul. Our seasonal events bring together those who appreciate the wild, the local, and the wonderfully unconventional. Whether you’re joining us for an evening market under the moon or a quiet moment in our serene Dell, our gatherings are a space to connect, create, and be.

Whilst the historic barn is a main feature, guests can also find themselves enjoying the new Chapel Studio set within the fabulous Courtyard, the Birch Gardens, or the Dell itself with Cabin Deck, Den and beautiful vintage Marquee ~ giving plenty of beautiful spaces for photo opportunities and shelter from whatever the English Summer may throw at us!

The Keeper and the Dell is not only the most perfect of settings for a wedding celebration but is also great for get togethers of all kinds. We welcome Corporate or Cosy Events, any that are looking for a well run, beautifully presented outdoor venue.
